Weftovers

The diagrams in this pattern make the whole English paper piecing process feel way less intimidating, even for a beginner like me. I’ve already finished one block and the layout is so clear I didn’t have to re-read anything twice.

The pattern’s instructions are laid out so clearly that I finished my first block without once unpicking a seam—and the diagrams make the weft technique click instantly. I’ve already started a second quilt with it.

I was a bit intimidated by the pattern at first, but the pre-cut paper pieces made lining everything up so much easier. The curves are really satisfying to sew once you get the hang of it.
