The clamshell blocks are pieced so precisely that they look like they’ve been sewn by a master quilter, and the Devon Circle adds a lovely focal point. I’ve already started planning my fabric pulls for two more projects using this pattern.

The hexagons are what sold me—they're worked in so cleverly that the whole quilt feels like a story of fabric scraps rather than just a pattern. I've already pulled my stash apart twice just to imagine which worn cottons would shine in the clamshells.

The Devon Circle blocks and clamshells are beautifully balanced in this pattern, and the instructions for those creative hexagons are clear enough even for a beginner like me. I’ve already started piecing my own scrap basket and can’t wait to see it come together.
