Modernistic Stars by Paper Pieces®

I was a bit intimidated by the hexagons at first, but piecing the starbursts was surprisingly straightforward and the final design has so much movement. The wide lattice strips really frame the central hexagons beautifully.

The starburst hexagons come together surprisingly quickly once you get the rhythm. I’ve already cut fabric for a second quilt using the pattern.

The wide lattices create such a nice contrast against the pieced starbursts, making the pattern feel both fresh and classic. I've already started planning my fabric choices for this quilt.
