Irene Blanck 設計的 Basket Case 圖案

The scrappy border really makes the simple center blocks pop—my test layout already looks so much more dynamic than I imagined. Cutting came together faster than I expected for a quilt this detailed.

I love how clearly the instructions walk you through building the scrappy center block, and the border is just the right amount of challenge to keep it interesting. The layout feels fresh but grounded, easy to follow even for a piecing project like this.

The border detail really makes this pattern—there's so much depth to it, but the simple center keeps it from feeling overwhelming. I've been quilting for years and this is the first scrappy pattern that actually feels doable without a ton of fuss.
