Alaska by Laundry Basket Quilts

I was a little nervous about piecing 9-inch blocks, but the instructions make it so clear that even a beginner like me can follow along. The finished quilt is just the right size for snuggling on the couch.

The finished size is perfect for a cozy lap quilt, and I love how the 9-inch blocks give it a clean, classic look. The pattern instructions were clear enough that even I, a beginner, could follow along without getting lost.

The 9-inch blocks come together beautifully, and the finished 71.5-inch square is perfectly sized for draping over the end of a bed. I’ve already started a second one as a gift because the layout is so straightforward to follow.
