2-1/2" 8 Point Diamonds

I was a little nervous about cutting my own 45-degree angles, but these 8 point diamonds are perfectly precise and save so much time. The 2-1/2 inch size feels substantial and the paper holds its shape nicely through basting.

I picked up the 45 degree diamonds for a hexie project and the points line up beautifully with my other pieces. The 2-1/2" size is just right for fussy cutting those larger prints.

These 2-1/2" diamonds are exactly the 45 degree shape I needed for a star quilt block, and the precut paper saves me so much tracing time. The edges line up cleanly when I baste, which makes the points come out sharp every time.
