Mayflower Starter is a contemporary version of a vintage quilt design traditionally pieced by machine.  By adapting this for EPP, we have been able to remove the frustration and challenges of sewing curves.  Constructed using only straight lines, this EPP project is designed for beginners and will be a fast finish for those looking for a fun and quick project!  This starter pack contains acrylic templates, papers for 4 blocks, and an instruction card.

I was a bit nervous about trying EPP for the first time, but the pre-cut pieces in this kit made it incredibly easy to get started. The fabric feels nice and sturdy, and the design is coming together more quickly than I expected.

The pre-cut pieces are perfectly sized, which saved me so much time fussing with templates. I’m already planning my next EPP project because this kit made the process feel accessible and rewarding.
