Love Be My Guiding Star door Willyne Hammerstein

The pre-cut paper pieces saved me hours of cutting, and the acrylic templates made aligning those tricky diamond shapes so much easier. My quilt top came together faster than I expected for such an intricate design.

I was nervous about all those tiny hexagons, but the paper piece pack keeps everything perfectly aligned and the acrylic templates are super sturdy. The finished quilt is just the right size for my guest bed, and the pattern was easier to follow than I expected.

The paper piece packs saved me so much time cutting out the hexagons for this quilt, and the acrylic templates are laser-cut perfectly for fussy cutting. I’ve almost finished the top and the 52 by 68 inch size is exactly what I wanted for a throw.
