6-9/32" 8 Petal Dresden

The 8 petal shape is perfectly symmetrical, which made my first Dresden plate come together without any wonky points. I love that the paper pieces and acrylic templates are sold separately, lets me buy exactly what I need for each project.

Cutting these Dresden petals out was a breeze, the precision on the paper pieces made my fan block come together cleanly. I appreciate that the acrylic template and paper can be bought separately, which let me restock just what I needed.

The paper pieces and acrylic template arrived separately as noted, which tripped me up at first, but the 8 petal shape is exactly right for my Dresden plate quilt. The 6-9/32" size works perfectly for the block I'm making, and the template has held up well through several rounds of tracing.
