La Tarantella par Willyne Hammerstein

I was a little nervous about ordering templates blind, but these acrylic pieces fit together perfectly for the La Tarantella block—no gaps, no forcing. Having the paper pieces separate lets me trace and cut at my own pace, which is exactly what I needed for this project.

The paper pieces are crisp and precise, making it easy to line up the curves for those Millefiori shapes. I’ve already laid out a block and the templates slide together perfectly without slipping. This is going to save me so much time on my next quilt.

The acrylic templates align perfectly with the paper pieces, making the fussy-cutting for La Tarantella so much easier. I’m already halfway through the first ring and the shapes stay put without shifting. Exactly what I needed for this pattern.
