Walkabout the Stars by Paper Pieces®

I’m so pleased with how quickly this quilt came together using my Charm Square Pack—the pattern made it a breeze to sew. The layout is bright and scrappy, perfect for a wall hanging. It’s already adding a cheerful pop of color to my kitchen.

I was a little nervous about tackling a charm pack quilt, but the instructions for Walkabout made it so clear that I finished the wall hanging in just a weekend. The finished size is perfect for my kitchen, and the bright, scrappy look is exactly what I was hoping for.

I used a Charm Square Pack that I’d been hoarding, and the pattern sewed up in just a couple of afternoons. The finished wall hanging is cheerful and bright, though I wish the instructions included a bit more guidance on the backing. Perfect for a quick, colorful project.
