The acrylic templates fit the paper pieces perfectly, so my seams lined up without any shifting. This shape works up quickly once you get the hang of the corners, and it’s a fun addition to the quilt.

I was a bit nervous about paper piecing this shape, but the clean lines of the design made it much easier to line up than I expected. The finished block lies perfectly flat and the points are so crisp.

This shape is so satisfying to stitch that I keep pulling it out between other projects. The paper pieces are cut precisely, which makes the tiny angles line up without any frustrating gaps.
