Mums of Joy by Paper Pieces®

The pieced border tying into the floral theme is such a clever touch—it makes the whole thing look way more advanced than it actually is. I love how the chrysanthemum blocks burst with color, and it's perfect for using up my scrap pile without feeling like a chore.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy this scrap buster came together, even for a beginner like me. The chrysanthemum blocks look vibrant and the pieced border adds such a polished finish.

The pieced border really ties the whole floral theme together, and as a beginner I was shocked at how clean my seams came out. Even the smallest fabric scraps from my stash worked perfectly, and the finished block looks way more intricate than the effort it took.
