The 1", 2", and 3" hexagons go together so smoothly that the complex-looking blocks practically build themselves. I've already got three blocks finished and the seams are lying flat without any fuss.

The filler triangles make all the difference—those 1” hexagons fit snugly around the larger ones, so the blocks look way more intricate than the actual sewing effort. I’m halfway through and the pattern’s logic is so clear that I’ve stopped checking the instructions.

I was bracing for a tedious cutting session, but the pre-cut 1”, 2”, and 3” hexagons made the complex-looking blocks come together shockingly fast. Those little filler triangles slot in perfectly, and the finished quilt top genuinely showcases the fabric without any of the usual fuss.
