Hummingbird Quilt by Paper Pieces®

The diamond angles fit together so precisely that my quilt top lies perfectly flat without any stretching. The way the light catches those crisp points really does mimic the shimmer of hummingbird wings. I'm already planning my next project with this template set.

I was a little intimidated by all the diamonds at first, but the crisp angles actually make the pattern easy to follow. The fabric pieces fit together beautifully, and the quilt top has such a lovely, airy feel to it.

The way the angles catch the light as I'm piecing them together really does mimic tiny wings in motion. I love how the pattern builds such a steady, delicate rhythm without feeling repetitive.
