This is my second English paper piecing project and the Carnivale pattern has such a playful, flowing layout that feels festive without being overwhelming. The way the pieces interlock kept me engaged through every seam.

The paper pieces fit together so precisely that my rosettes came out perfectly aligned without any gaps. I love how the carnival-inspired shapes add a playful energy to my quilt top.

The festive vibe of this pattern really shines once you start piecing—the bold shapes make each block feel like a little celebration. I’ve used it for two projects now and the layout is clear enough that even my first try came together without a hiccup.
