6" Ohio Star

Cut my first Ohio Star blocks in under an hour thanks to the paper pieces being pre-cut to the exact 6" size. The acrylic set is sold separately but worth grabbing if you plan to make more than a few. Fabric placement was way easier than the templates I traced by hand.

The acrylic template lines up perfectly with the paper pieces, so I'm not second-guessing my seam allowance on every point. Six inches is a nice size for a small wall hanging, and I've already cut enough for a full quilt.

Cutting the acrylic templates made piecing these stars so much faster than tracing paper patterns by hand. The 6" size is perfect for a small wall hanging, and having the matching paper pieces separate meant I only bought as many as I needed.
