4" Octagon Star

The 4-inch octagon shape is spot-on for the pattern I'm working on, and the paper pieces hold their edges during basting without warping. Quick shipping too, which meant I could start sewing the same evening it arrived.

The acrylic template is so crisp and precise that my rotary cutter glides right along the edges without any slipping, though I had to double-check the product listing to remember the paper pieces are sold separately. Definitely worth the extra step for clean, sharp corners on my star blocks.

The 4-inch size is perfect for my quilt blocks, and the acrylic template is thick enough that my rotary cutter doesn't slip. I love that the paper pieces and template are sold separately, so I could grab exactly what I needed without paying for extras.
