4" Apple Core

I've been slowly building a quilt top and these 4" apple core shapes are perfect for the project—the seam allowance is already marked on each paper piece, which saves me so much time. The small pack of 30 is just right for trying out a new block before committing to a bigger order.

The bulk pack is great value for a big quilt, and the 30-piece small pack let me test the 4" size first. These apple core shapes cut cleanly and are stiff enough to baste around without bending. I've already ordered more for my scrappy EPP project.

I was worried about getting the seam allowance right, but this bulk pack of 180 pieces makes it easy to practice and perfect my English paper piecing technique. The apple core shape is such a classic, and having so many in one order means I can start a large quilt right away.
