4-1/2" 8 Petal Flower

These little flowers cut perfectly for my latest quilt project—the 8 petals fit together seamlessly. I got the 50-pack with the 3/8" seam allowance and have plenty left over.

I was pleasantly surprised by how crisp the seam allowance on these 8-petal flowers cuts down on bulk when I press the fabric over. They nested together beautifully for a small quilt border—just the right size for a precise project.

I was nervous about getting the seam allowances right, but these petals are cut so cleanly that my points matched up perfectly on the first try. The 4-1/2" size is ideal for a quick flower project, and the pack variety means I can keep stitching without reordering.
