The acrylic template is incredibly precise, so every fabric star piece comes out perfectly identical no matter how many times I trace around it. Cutting these stars by hand used to take forever, so having the acrylic template ready to trace made a huge difference. The size lines up perfectly with the paper pieces, and my seams actually match now.
