2" Octagon Variation 07

I’ve never done English paper piecing before, but these precision-cut pieces made my first hexagon flower almost perfect—the laser-etched seam lines are a lifesaver. Absolutely worth picking up for anyone ready to start a scrappy project.

The seam allowances are already marked on the paper, which saves me so much time when basting. I ordered the windowed version and the cutouts line up perfectly with the fabric, making it easy to fussy-cut my prints. These are my go-to for any octagon block now.

These octagons hold their shape perfectly through multiple rounds of hand stitching, and the windowed option lets me see exactly where my needle should go. I've already ordered three more packs for my next quilt project.
