2-1/2" Hedge

The precision cut of this hedge shape makes it a joy to align with other pieces, and the acrylic template is sturdy enough for repeated use. Stitching around the curves was surprisingly smooth, and the finished block feels wonderfully crisp.

I’ve been using these 2-1/2" hedge shapes for a few weeks and the acrylic templates make tracing onto fabric so much easier. The paper pieces hold their shape nicely through basting.

The paper thickness is just right for EPP—sturdy enough to hold its shape while basting, but not so stiff that it’s a fight to fold over. I’m already planning a second project just to use more of these hedges, they nest together so neatly.
