1" Irregular Pentagon Variation 01

The acrylic template is thick enough that my rotary cutter doesn't nick the edge, which was my worry with a 1" shape this small. Cutting the irregular pentagons goes way faster than tracing a pattern by hand, and the points line up neatly when I stitch them together.

I bought the paper pieces and the 1" size is spot on for my hexie quilt layout. Edges are cut cleanly enough that I'm not trimming anything before stitching.

The acrylic templates snapped apart cleanly and the 1" size is dead consistent across all of them, which matters when you're cutting dozens for an English paper piecing project. Ordered the paper pieces too and they're sturdy enough to reuse a couple of times before they soften up.
